We are a group of Coaches and Trainers who developed a series of powerful coaching tools called “FlipIt” Each tool is designed to ‘flip’ or reframe your perspective.
My name is Robyn Logan and twenty two years ago I began writing a coaching curriculum with some colleagues.
We based it on the idea that we can’t change what happens to us in life, and we can’t change the behaviour of other people, but we can change the way we view our perspectives. And sometimes, flipping a perspective from negative to positive can shift outcomes or results.
This simple idea formed the kernel of what became a series of fully accredited ICF Coach Training Programs. It is used by coaches all over the world to ‘flip’ perspectives for themselves and their clients.
FlipIt can be used by Professional Coaches in workshops or trainings as either as a stand alone or as part of a longer agenda. For example
